Return and Refund Policy for Annvi Premium Caviar

At Annvi Premium Caviar, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality caviar products. Due to the perishable nature of our goods and in accordance with Swiss and European consumer protection standards, we maintain a strict No Return, No Refund policy.
1. No Returns
Once our products have been delivered, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, freshness, and hygiene of our food products. Allowing returns for perishable items would compromise their quality and could pose health and safety risks to our customers.
2. No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for orders once they have been processed and shipped. This policy is in line with Swiss and European regulations regarding the sale of fresh, perishable, and food-based products.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for consideration:
• You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect, along with a description of the issue.
If a claim is validated, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
4. Order Cancellations
Due to the time-sensitive nature of our shipping process, cancellations are only possible if requested before the order has been processed or shipped. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
5. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with Swiss and European standards for the sale of perishable food products. Our approach ensures the health and safety of our customers while maintaining the integrity of our premium caviar. According to EU and Swiss consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are at risk of rapid deterioration or have a short shelf life, such as fresh and perishable food products.
