Return and Refund Policy for ANNVI Sàrl

At ANNVI Sàrl, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality caviar products. Due to the perishable nature of our goods and in accordance with Swiss and European consumer protection standards, we maintain a strict No Return, No Refund policy.
1. No Returns
Once our products have been delivered, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. This policy protects the safety, freshness, and hygiene of our food products. Accepting returns for perishable items would compromise product quality and may pose health risks.
2. No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds once an order has been processed and shipped. This follows Swiss and European regulations governing the sale of perishable and food-based products.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will review the case individually. To be eligible:
• Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue, along with a description.
If the claim is validated, ANNVI Sàrl may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
4. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible if requested before the order has been processed or shipped. Once processed, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
5. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with Swiss and European standards governing perishable food items. Under EU and Swiss consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life—such as fresh caviar.
This ensures the safety of our customers and preserves the integrity of ANNVI Sàrl products.
