2.1. Shipping Days: Monday to Friday.

2.2. Same-Day Shipping:

• Orders placed before 15:00 (3 PM) are shipped the same day.

• Orders placed after 15:00 or on weekends/public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

2.3. Delivery Time:

• All orders are shipped via Express Delivery.

• Delivery is next morning after dispatch.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1. Flat Rate: All express shipping costs 18 CHF, for both Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

3.2. No additional or hidden fees apply.

4. Order Processing

4.1. Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

4.2. A confirmation email with tracking details is sent once the order is shipped.

5. Packaging

5.1. Caviar is packed with cooling materials to maintain freshness during transit.

5.2. Insulated packaging ensures temperature stability.

6. Delivery Issues

6.1. Customers must provide accurate shipping information.

6.2. If the carrier cannot deliver, the customer must arrange redelivery or pickup.

6.3. For damaged or lost packages, contact us within 24 hours with photos.

7. Perishable Goods

7.1. Caviar is perishable; ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

7.2. We are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed pickup or improper handling.
